Biscits - Wait A Minute

Hi Lori, you can certainly make smaller biscuits. When baked close together (as pictured), the baking time for the smaller biscuits may not be a lot shorter, but I would start checking in around 12 minutes, and reset the timer from there. Look for the nice golden brown color.
